Privacy notice

Who we are

Brayden Partners Ltd (“we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at info@braydenpartners.com or at 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our website or by email, we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, organisation, company size, the service you are interested in and your message. We also hold the correspondence that follows.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and hold discovery conversations, prepare proposals and, where you become a client, deliver our services. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Our lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and deliver enquiries to us: our website host (GitHub Pages), our form delivery service (FormSubmit), our email provider, and Google Fonts, which serves the typeface on this site. These providers process information on our behalf and may do so outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards apply.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@braydenpartners.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
